After your procedure, you will receive two separate bills, one from the hospital and the other from Dr. Fischer's group. The bill from St. Lukes will include all hospital charges such as room time, supplies used to perform the procedure and medications given during and after the procedure. Dr. Fischer's bill will be received as a statement from his group, Singleton Associates, P.A., through their billing office, RMI Physician Services Corporation, and will look like the sample bill provided in the link below. Please review both of your bills carefully. If you have questions concerning Dr. Fischer's bill, please contact RMI Physician Services Corporation directly at one of the phone numbers or e-mail link listed below. If you have questions in regard to your St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital bill, please contact Susan Hill and she can help direct you to the appropriate office at St. Lukes Episcopal Hospital. Your insurance should cover a majority of the procedure. You will, however, be responsible for any deductible or co-payment up to the annual out-of-pocket maximum as defined in your plan. For further information, please contact your insurance company directly or call us and we will assist you in obtaining this information.
