Pre-Register Online
Please use this link to preregister for your initial consultation, MRI and/or UFE procedure at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital. Please note that if you are registering to see Dr. Fischer for an initial consultation, you will also need to go to the "online forms" section, print out the forms there, complete them and bring them with you to the office. Both of these processes will make your visit to our office more efficient. Please contact us with any questions or problems with preregistration or completion of the forms. Thank you.

Directions to the main hospital for:
Your Initial Consultation and Follow Up Appointments:
We are located inside St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital at 6720 Bertner Avenue. Please valet park at the main "Bates Lobby" entrance which faces south toward Holcombe Blvd. [if the Bates lobby valet is full, please ask for directions and proceed to the valet at the St. Luke's O'Quinn Medical Tower (a tall mirrored building with two points on top located across Fannin street from the hospital, between Main and Fannin)]. Enter the main hospital and follow the signs to the purple elevators. Take the purple elevators to the "B1" level. When exiting the elevators look just down the hallway for a sign hanging from the ceiling that says "Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiology". Walk down the hallway toward this sign to the Radiology waiting area. Check in with the receptionist at the front desk of the waiting area and tell them that you have an appointment with Dr. Fischer. You will be provided with a voucher to cover the cost of your valet parking.
Your MRI:
Park according to the directions given above (in "Your Initial Consultation and Follow Up Appointments"). Take the purple elevators to the "B1" level. When exiting the elevators look just down the hallway for a sign hanging from the ceiling that says "Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiology". Walk down the hallway toward this sign to the Radiology waiting area. Check in with the receptionist at the front desk of the waiting area and tell them that you have an appointment for an MRI. You will be registered in waiting area then taken to the MRI department where you will be prepared for the examination.
Your UFE Procedure:
All procedures are performed in the main St. Lukes Hospital in the Texas Medical Center (see address above). Please remember to have someone drive you to the hospital and to bring an overnight bag with you as most patients stay overnight and are not able to drive home. On the morning of your procedure enter the main hospital and take the green elevators to the 6th floor. Exit into the registration area and check in with one of the representatives. After registration, you will be taken next door to the 6 tower outpatient area where preparations for your procedure will begin. If you have any questions about where to go or what time to be there, please call Susan Hill at 832-355-4112. Please remember, nothing to eat or drink after midnight on the day of your procedure.
Important Note:
Please visit our Online Forms page to obtain important information documents to fill out at home and bring with you to your appointment. This will make your visit with Dr. Fischer more efficient and enjoyable. Also, please bring any available gynecological records, including doctors notes, recent ultrasound and/or MRI reports and your most recent PAP smear report, with you to the initial appointment. If you would prefer, your doctor may fax these documents to us ahead of time at 832-355-2591.

Directions to the Tower for your MRI:
The tower is located across Fannin St. from the main hospital and is connected to the main hospital by an enclosed skybridge. The tower is a very tall and mirrored building with two points on top. Valet parking is available at the tower and can be accessed by driving under the tower from Fannin St. Once inside, take the elevators to the 10th floor and check in at the registration desk. After you are registered check in across the hall at the radiology reception area near the elevators.

Directions to St. Lukes Woodlands for your MRI:
The newest St. Lukes facility is located at the corner of I45 north and Hwy. 242 in far north Houston. There is plenty of surface parking available. Park in one of the designated areas, go through the main entrance, turn left and check in at the radiology desk (across from the piano).

Directions to Kirby Glen for your MRI:
Kirby-Glen outpatient center is located 2-3 miles from the Medical Center and the main hospital in the triangle formed by South Braeswood Blvd, Kirby Drive and South Main. It is a single story building with a large open parking lot. Park in the lot, go thru the front doors and check in at the front desk.

Travel & Directions to St. Luke's Sugar Land Hospital:
St. Luke's Sugar Land Hospital is located on the northeast side of Highway 59 and Highway 6, in the Lake Pointe Town Center. Once you arrive, you should go to the Welcome Center to check in for your study. The Welcome Center is located to the left of the main entrance.
