Pre-Register Online
Please use this link to preregister for your initial consultation, MRI and/or UFE procedure at St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital. Please note that if you are registering to see Dr. Fischer for an initial consultation, you will also need to go to the "online forms" section, print out the forms there, complete them and bring them with you to the office. Both of these processes will make your visit to our office more efficient. Please contact us with any questions or problems with preregistration or completion of the forms. Thank you.

Directions to our office for your initial appointment or consultation:

We are located inside St. Lukes Episcopal Hospital in the heart of the Texas Medical Center. The hospital is located at 6720 Bertner Aveneue (map this location) and faces Holcombe. For your appointment, please park in one of the Texas Medical Center garages next to the hospital and you will be reimbursed for your parking expenses.

Once inside the hospital find the blue elevators and take them to the B1 (basement 1) level. Turn right out of the elevators and go through the door marked "Radiologists Offices" at the end of the short hallway. Susan's desk is just inside the door (Room B010).
